Many years ago we have noticed a compact packaging machine for PE film on an exhibition. So far we had no chance to see the details of this machine.

Luckily some days ago we were called if we can repair one at a company in the automotive sector.

Since there were no official service background in Hungary, they faced serious problems in the operation due to the fault of this machine.

We agreed to check and analyze the machine's problems.

Although the machine was made in 1998, and probably made millions of pouches, we did not see any critical wear or tear on the parts.

Since it was designed and made in a repair friendly manner, we could check and readjust all parts to normal position quite fast.

After the setting the parameters of the machine, and making some further tests, the machine was ready for operation.

We have realized again, that swiss design and quality is a guarantee for long lasting good performance.

Our customer was happy to have his machine back in operation, and ordered complete overhaul of another LV300 in his plant.
